Welcome to KHIA Hair. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service (known as Terms & Conditions). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Product Information

  • All KHIA Hair products are 100% Vietnamese Raw Hair unless otherwise specified.
  • Hair units are available in various textures, lengths, and colours. Slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to the natural characteristics of raw hair.
  • We strive to accurately display the colour of our products, but actual shades may differ slightly due to screen settings or lighting.


2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in (ZAR and USD).
  • Payment methods accepted: [Credit/Debit Card, PayFast, PayPal, etc.].
  • KHIA Hair reserves the right to update pricing at any time; orders placed prior to a price change will be charged the confirmed amount at checkout.


3. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 10–14 working days, depending on stock availability and order size.
  • Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and shipping method.
  • If a package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact both the shipping service and KHIA Hair within 5 days so we can assist you.
  • KHIA Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All KHIA Hair products are custom-prepared and final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, except in cases of defective or damaged products confirmed upon delivery.
  • Customers are encouraged to carefully review their orders before finalising purchase.



5. Product Use & Maintenance

  • Hair should be detangled gently using a wide-tooth comb or fingers.
  • Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to preserve hair integrity.

    1. Avoid excessive heat styling; always use a heat protectant.

  • Improper use, chemical treatments, or neglect may affect hair quality. KHIA Hair is not responsible for damage caused by misuse.


6. Liability

  • KHIA Hair is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • By purchasing, customers acknowledge responsibility for proper hair care and usage.

7. Intellectual Property

  • KHIA Hair retains all rights to its brand name, logo, product designs, and related content.
  • Customers may not copy, reproduce, or resell products without written consent from KHIA Hair.

8. Privacy

  • KHIA Hair collects and uses customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.


9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
